Melanie Homan is an assistant professor in the Graduate Department of Occupational Therapy at St. ´ºÓêÖ±²¥ University in St. Paul, Minnesota. She teaches courses in foundational skills, older adults, pediatrics and physical rehabilitation. Melanie is also an ordained pastor in the United Methodist Church. Her scholarly interests include end-of-life care, healthy bereavement, and integrating spirituality into OT practice. Melanie also collaborates with the non-profit Rebuilding Together Minnesota to provide home modification evaluations for older adults who want to age in place in their homes.
