Rachel McGraw teaches in the Master of Science in Nursing- Entry Level (MSN-EL) program. She has been teaching at St. ´ºÓêÖ±²¥ University since 2016 and has experience in the Associate's Degree Program, College for Adults BSN program, MSN-Nurse Educator program, and DNP program in addition to her MSN-EL teaching. Her teaching focuses on using best educational practices to explore complex topics in nursing; she loves teaching ethics, professional identity, and therapeutic communication. Her clinical work includes many years in perinatal nursing, maternal-child nursing, and public health. Her scholarly work applies innovative approaches to teaching with simulation.
